Capgemini has closed the purchase of Cloud4Ca provider of automation-based managed services for hybrid, private, public and sovereign cloud environments. The consulting firm announced its purchase at the end of August, and has finally concluded the operation after meeting all the regulatory requirements for it.
The Cloud4C team, made up of 1,600 professionals and specialized in platform-based services with AI operations and automation, will expand Capgemini’s presence in the managed cloud services market. Thanks to this team, the Group will be able to continue the development of specific frameworks for each sector, intellectual property, assets and generative AI solutions for cloud management and the fluidity of migrations.
The purchase will also enhance Capgemini’s capabilities in SAP. Especially in comprehensive SAP services, as well as in SAP Rise. All thanks to the combination of data expertise from Syniti, a specialist in managing complex data quality, migration and governance initiatives that SAP acquired at the end of 2024, with cloud management powered by SAP AI from Cloud4C.
Cloud4C makes it easier for clients to develop and implement their cloud strategy through consulting, stack migration, and efficient management. Additionally, it offers hybrid cloud solutions for sovereign environments. The company also offers value-added services, such as process automation, disaster recovery, data loss prevention, business continuity, cybersecurity, and sectoral and sovereign regulatory compliance.
