Investing.com – Software giant Adobe (Nasdaq: Adbe) announced the launch of Acrobat Studio on Tuesday, a new platform that, according to the company, was designed to merge productivity, creativity and artificial intelligence in a single environment.
For the company established in San Jose, California, the product represents an important evolution for PDF, more than three decades after Adobe first made the size.
Acrobat Studio, of which the company has unveiled, is available worldwide in English from today, combines Adobe Acrobat document aids with Adobe Express Content Creation and Agentic AI.
The platform introduces ‘PDF spaces’, which transform collections of files and websites into interactive knowledge hubs powered by adaptable AI assistants.
According to Adobe, early admission prices starts at $ 24.99 per month for private individuals and $ 29.99 per month for teams.
The product transforms “PDFs of static files into a dynamic environment for exposing insights, generating ideas, emerging recommendations and synthesizing information,” the company said.
Adobe explained that the AI assistants can be allocated roles, such as “instructor” or “analysts” to merge information, generate insights and give recommendations. The spaces, together with their AI assistants, can be shared for cooperation.
“Acrobat Studio is the place where your best work comes together, so that the productivity of Acrobat, the creative power of Adobe Express and the value of AI is able to enable you to work smarter and faster,” said ABHIGYAN MODI, Senior Vice President of Adobe’s Document Product Group.
In addition, the Platform enables users to distract insights from documents and to immediately convert them into visual content such as reports, infographics or presentations.
Adobe adds that Acrobat Studio offers access to professionally designed templates, brand kits and firefly-driven generative tools for text-to-image and text-video content via the Express Premium Suite of Tools.
The company said that Acrobat Studio retains the familiar PDF tools of Acrobat Pro, including editing, scanning, e-signs and document protection. AI-driven summary of scanned documents and contracts is also included.
Enterprise-grade security was also emphasized, with sandbox environments, coding and functions for compliance-ready.
