TAKEAWAY fans can bag major discounts thanks to a little-known Amazon Prime perk.
It’s a freebie worth just shy of £42 (and saves you even more than that) that comes as standard with a Prime subscription.

Your Amazon Prime membership normally costs £8.99 a month.
But it also includes a year of free access to Deliveroo Plus Silver.
That would usually cost you £3.49 a month – or £41.88 a year – and unlocks decent food delivery savings.
It gives you free delivery on Deliveroo orders over £15 at select restaurants.
And you’ll also be able to get no-cost delivery from certain stores on orders over £25.
On top of that, you’ll get what Deliveroo says are “exclusive special offers and rewards”.
“Deliveroo Plus Silver is Deliveroo’s subscription membership plan,” Amazon explains.
“You pay a monthly fee and get free delivery on eligible orders from participating restaurants when you meet the minimum order requirements.
“Get free delivery on eligible orders from hundreds of restaurant and grocery partners, as well as exclusive restaurant offers, which aren’t available to customers who don’t have a Deliveroo Plus plan.”
The good news is that even if you already have a Deliveroo Plus membership, you can still claim this deal.
And once the 12-month freebie is over, it’ll just switch back to your original Plus membership.
If you weren’t a Deliveroo Plus subscriber, then your plan will just end after the one-year free term.
You don’t need to be using the same email for Amazon Prime and Deliveroo either.
There are a couple of catches.

Here’s what you need to know about Amazon Prime pricing in the UK…
A standard Amazon Prime membership costs £8.99 a month – that’s £107.88 over the course of a year.
If you pay annually, you’ll be billed £95 instead.
For TV fans who just want Amazon Prime Video without a full Prime membership, it’ll cost you £5.99 a month, working out at £71.88 for the year.
Students can get discounted Amazon Prime, with the monthly cost reduced to £4.49 (or £53.88 over the course of a year).
And for students who pay annually, the one-off yearly fee is £47.49.

For a start, you can only use the free membership on one Deliveroo account.
And if you cancel your Prime membership, the Deliveroo Plus Silver subscription will end too.
This deal also doesn’t cover service fees, which you’ll still see in your basket before checkout.
