Endeavour OS is one of the popular desktop Linux distributions built around Arch Linux providing a nice out-of-the-box experience. Since their last ISO refresh back in March there hadn’t been much news from the project nor any new ISO releases for this rolling-release distro. But thankfully today they are back in the saddle with a new ISO release, Endeavour OS 2025.11.24 “Ganymede”.

The Endeavour OS project is “still active and we’re not going anywhere.” The developers behind Endeavour OS have been busy with other life priorities that have led to no ISO refreshes since March. But that’s now been resolved with today’s Endeavour OS “Ganymede” update.

EndeavourOS 2025.11

The new Endeavour OS release comes with the Linux 6.17 kernel, Mesa 25.2 graphics drivers, and a variety of other package updates like the Firefox 145 web browser and NVIDIA 580 graphics drivers. The NVIDIA official driver support selection has also been improved with the Endeavour OS update so it’s more robust and enabling NVIDIA’s open-source kernel modules.

Those wanting to download the new Endeavour OS release for November 2025 or learn more about its changes can do so via EndeavourOS.com.
