Hedgehog Lab, a digital product consultancy that has been backed by BGF, has acquired Label Sessions, a global innovation network based in Edinburgh.
With the deal, Hedgehog Lab aims to create a full-stack innovation consultancy combining the firm’s expertise in AI, product design with Label Sessions network of more than 500 tech experts.
“This acquisition is a game changer for our business and clients who will now gain access to a global network of more than 500 innovation experts, change-makers and senior leaders who operate at board and c-suite level,” said Malcolm Seagrave (pictured), managing director at Hedgehog Lab.
“This enables us to offer innovation, global insights and strategic thinking alongside hedgehog lab’s delivery and build capability. This also provides an excellent opportunity for both of our teams’ development as we continue to expand.

Hedgehog Lab is based in Newcastle with operations in London, Leeds, Edinburgh and Sofia.
