BIANCA Censori would be entitled to a lot more than $5 million if she files for divorce from Kanye West – amid rumors she’s pulled the plug on their marriage, a legal expert has claimed.
The Australian architect married Ye in a secret ceremony in December 2022 and is said to have had enough of the star’s erratic behavior.

Kanye and Bianca’s rep, Milo Yiannopoulos, denied a report in the Daily Mail claiming they have broken up.
However, they have not been seen in public for days together after The U.S. Sun revealed Kanye has been living at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Bianca is believed to have been staying at their new $35 million gated home nearby.
The Mail claimed they were set to divorce and had agreed on a quick $5 million settlement.

Attorney Neama Rahmani of West Coast Trial Lawyers has given his opinion on the possible divorce and says Bianca could be entitled to a lot more if she’s willing to fight for it.
“I would advise Bianca to ask for a lot more than the $5 million that was previously reported,” he told The U.S. Sun.
“California is a community property state and without a prenup, she is entitled to half of Kanye’s earnings during the past two years, minus any community obligations.
“Kanye made a lot more than $10 million during this time.
He went on, “Judging by his last messy divorce with Kim Kardashian, Kanye doesn’t have the stomach to push the case all the way to trial.
“And after his latest antisemitic rant, he may not even be able to find a lawyer to represent him.
“He’s currently unrepresented in several of the lawsuits against him. Bianca is a witness in many of those lawsuits, so Kanye better make sure she is happy and doesn’t turn on him.”
Earlier this month, Kanye claimed he had clawed back his billionaire status two years after he was canceled and dropped by multiple big brands, including Adidas and Balenciaga.
He shared a message from Eton Venture Services at the beginning of this year, which read:
“In 2025, Ye’s net worth stands at $2.77 billion as confirmed by Eton Venture Services. The valuation is based on his music portfolio and his sole ownership of the Yeezy mark.”
He may not even be able to find a lawyer to represent him.

But since the post, his Yeezy website has been shut down by Shopify after he tried to sell a white swastika T-shirt following another blistering rant about the Jewish community again on X.
He could lose money until he finds other e-commerce software to use for his online store.
But he has made millions from listening parties, his recent Vultures album, and his clothing line.
He even claimed on X to have pulled in $40 million the day after his most recent antisemitic rants.

Before her current full-time job, the 30-year-old started a jewelry company called Nylons after leaving high school.
After working as a student architect for three years, she completed a master’s degree between 2019 and 2020 ahead of moving to Los Angeles.
In a radio interview, a childhood friend of Bianca’s claimed that Kanye slid into her DMs on Instagram.
The rapper reportedly said, “Come and work for me.”
At which point she says the designer moved to LA to join his company Yeezy as the “head of architecture” – and has been since November 2020.
WEDDING BELLS
On Friday, October 6, 2023, The Daily Mail reported Kanye and Bianca wed on December 20, 2022.
The couple tied the knot under a “confidential marriage license” in the state of California.
The two wed in Palo Alto, California, according to the document.
The wedding came just one month after Kanye and Kim Kardashian finalized their divorce.
HEADING FOR DIVORCE?
Divorce rumors also began swirling after an eyewitness claimed Kanye and Bianca argued on the red carpet at the Grammys before their infamous see-through dress stunt.
Sources told The U.S. Sun they have been “up and down” since they started dating, and she often feels she has to step away from the star’s wild behavior.
An insider also told Page Six that Kanye 47, believes Bianca is just mad at him, but she’s told friends she’s not going back.
In addition to Kanye’s hateful rants on X about Jewish people, he made comments about Bianca, 30, that fans found disturbing.
“I have dominion over my wife. This ain’t no woke a** feminist s**t,” he posted on February 7.
Kanye also made troubling comments about domestic violence.
“When I [sic] man truly loves a woman he may express it in rage I empathize with both sides,” he said on February 9.
“You have to truly be in love to get to the point of risking everything.”
He also shared, “Hey question if someone were to beat up their girlfriend in public, would that be considered domestic violence, or is that outdoor violence, or is it just public indecency?”
According to TMZ, both Kanye and Bianca have reached out to divorce attorneys, although the rapper is struggling to get representation.
He is currently a defendant in more than a dozen civil suits filed by former Yeezy employees and was previously slammed for making a mockery of the justice system.
Kanye has been through several different lawyers, and many have dropped him as a client, while one even claimed he wasn’t paid.
His first divorce also turned into a public battle with Kim Kardashian after she filed in February 2021.
Kanye hit out at the SKIMS founder on social media and accused her of keeping their children from him, which she denied.
They finally settled in late 2022 and share custody of their four children; North West, 11, Saint West, 8, Chicago West, 6, and Psalm West, 5.
