Brother has launched a range of marking and signage consumablesboth for indoors and outdoors: Brother Safety. It is a line composed of 262 heavy-duty consumables and specialized design software. They will be available in starter packages that include equipment and cutter, and one of them will also include the aforementioned software.
The consumables of this new line guarantee regulatory compliance and safety in the facilities of organizations and companies in various sectors. Among them, industrial, health and logistics.
All Brother Safety labeling supplies are designed to be durable and adaptable to a variety of uses. These include continuous vinyl labels, pre-cut labels, pipe marker rolls and specific solutions for CLP/GHS and LOTO labeling.
They are labels created to withstand all types of extreme conditions, which withstand temperatures between -30º and +90º, as well as exposure to ultraviolet rays. In addition, these labels also withstand humidity, exposure to the action of various chemicals, friction and abrasion.
Labels are available in widths between 12 and 100 millimeters, with different options in continuous and pre-cut roll formats. In this way, customers who use the Brother Safety range will be able to meet their specific needs.
Their continuous rolls of vinyl are available in 21 colors, and pre-cut labels offer specific sizes for different applications. These include safety signage, asset marking and labeling of palletized racks.
Brother Safety also has products to ensure the safety of workers in certain types of facilities. Thus, it offers pipe markers, designed to identify fluids and directions in conduits; as well as CLP/GHS labels, keys for the identification of dangerous chemical substances.

These consumables, as we have mentioned, are completed with the software SafetyLabelProa signage label design tool compatible with TD-4T desktop label printers. It offers pre-designed templates and several wizards to facilitate the design and production of labels, as well as functions to ensure that the designed labels comply with current regulations in each case. On the other hand, it allows the company’s solutions to be integrated into existing workflows.
The company offers two specific packages for signage with everything you need to start using Brother Safety. So, include a TD-4420TN printer and pre-installed cutter. One of them also carries the SafetyLabelPro software.
