Celonis, a leader in Process Mining and Process Intelligence, and Rollio, a leader in developing conversational AI platforms, have launched a new AI agent to improve collaborative decision-making and process optimization in organizations.
The Process Collaboration Agent, powered by Rollio, can help teams engage effectively and work from a unified source of truth. The agent makes this possible by “proactively resolving process exceptions through agent-assisted, inter-department collaboration, using a natural language interface,” the companies explained.
Eugenio Cassiano, SVP of strategy and innovation at Celonis, added that the recent partnership with Rollio demonstrates “how Celonis enables innovative software companies to build AI agents fed with process intelligence”.
“The Process Collaboration Agent brings together all the relevant people to approve a decision and the process insights to explain the reasoning behind it. Bringing teams together within the collaboration tools they use on a daily basis democratizes the access to process intelligence,” Cassiano said.
The Celonis Process Collaboration Agent is part of AgentC – the company’s suite of AI agent tools, integrations and partnerships which let its community develop AI agents in the leading platforms and use AI agents pre-built by partners.
Campari transforms efficiency with Celonis Process Collaboration Agent
The Italian spirits company, Campari Group, is an example of an organization raising the bar on operational efficiency with Celonis.
In 2019, Campari began using Celonis for a purchase-to-pay pilot in Argentina. The company first adopted the platform to optimize its internal audit processes and has since expanded its use to both the group and local level across markets, realizing millions in value.
Celonis has helped Campari to examine how processes run across different departments and improve them, which has resulted in €5m in realized value through improvements in cash flow, reductions in end-to-end lead times and working time saved through automation.
Similarly, the collaborations helped Campari increase its touchless invoice rate from 50 percent to 80 percent and reach a 30 percent rate of automatically allocated incoming payments.
On the heels of this progress, Campari is now on a continuous innovation roadmap and embracing the Celonis Process Collaboration Agent to spearhead a transformation in its finance operations, starting with streamlining the credit block clearance process.
By minimizing delays, Campari can ensure orders are fulfilled promptly, reducing the need for manual interventions and creating a smoother, documented workflow. These benefits contribute to how Campari operates, paving the way for a more agile and future-focused approach to business processes.
Laura Buseghin, process optimization and automation director at Campari Group, shared her hopes for Celonis’ robust ecosystem and partners like Rollio driving new benefits: “The Process Collaboration Agent will let us be smarter and faster in managing process exceptions, enabling our people to quickly and consistently access information that they would otherwise have to search for across different systems in a complex, time-consuming manner.
“We’re excited to work with the agent and to assess how we can grow its use across the business. We are always looking for new ideas and new ways to innovate. And we are just getting started. The Celonis Process Collaboration Agent will not only speed up collaboration but allow us to handle a higher volume of credit blocks as the company grows. When processes work, we can toast to life together.”
