Lava has teased the launch of a new smartphone – the Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 5G – in India. The brand took to social media to reveal the design and specifications of the upcoming device. The Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 5G was previously expected to debut alongside the Lava Blaze Dragon 5G last month.
Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 Design, Colour Options
Lava took to its Instagram account to tease the design and key specifications of the Blaze AMOLED 2 5G. The phone can be seen in a white colour option with some feather-like pattern on the back panel. It features a black-coloured elongated rectangular camera bar, housing dual camera sensors and an LED flash. The branding can be seen on the bottom left corner of the rear panel.
The Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 5G is confirmed to launch in two colour options – Feather White and Midnight Black.
Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 Specifications, Features
Lava has revealed that the Blaze AMOLED 2 5G will sport a 6.67-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen will also support in-display fingerprint sensor. Internally, the Blaze AMOLED 2 will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chipset with a maximum clock speed of 2.6GHz. The processor is said to have achieved 500K+ score on AnTuTu. The phone will pack 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM (plus, 6GB virtual RAM) with 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
For photography, the Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 5G will feature a dual rear camera setup with an AI-enabled 50MP Sony main sensor.
The handset will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 is said to offer a “Pure” Android 15 experience with zero bloatware and ads.
Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 India Launch Date
In another post on Instagram, Lava has confirmed that the Blaze AMOLED 2 5G will make its debut in India on August 11.

According to Lava, the Blaze AMOLED 2 5G will be the slimmest phone with 7.5mm thickness under Rs 15,000 price range. This hints at the potential price segment for the handset.
