Vivo seems ready to roll out its next V-series phone in India – the Vivo V60. While the company hasn’t officially announced the launch date yet, some leaks have shed light on its essential details, such as launch date, specifications, features, and the expected price.
As per a leak by tipster Abhishek Yadav, the phone could arrive as early as August 19, 2025. If it comes true, it would follow just months after the launch of the Vivo V50 in February. However, Vivo still need to confirm the launch date.
Vivo V60 Expected Specifications and Features
As per some leaked specifications by tipster Yogesh Brar, it is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, offering a decent performance boost compared to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in the V50. Another notable change could be the switch to OriginOS, Vivo’s custom Android skin, which is currently exclusive to China. If this comes true, the V60 might be the first phone in India to run OriginOS based on Android 16, replacing the current Funtouch OS.
The Vivo V60 is expected to come with a big 6,500mAh battery, and yes—it should support 90W fast charging, which means less time plugged in. On the camera front, leaks hint at a triple rear setup that might include a 50MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. As for the display, you could get a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and possibly a quad-curved design.
Vivo V60 Expected Price in India
The Vivo V60 price is still unknown and based on speculations only. Vivo has previously priced its V-series phones around Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000. Hence, the V60 is likely to stay within the same price range. Plus, the Vivo V60 is expected to come in three colour options — Mist Grey, Moonlit Blue, and Auspicious Gold.
For more details, we will have to wait for the official confirmation from Vivo to launch its next Vivo V60 in India.
