Oppo seems to be lining up another big release soon. While the Find X9 series is set to go official on October 16 in China, the company’s focus will likely shift right after to the Reno 15 series, which is expected to launch in November. This year, Oppo might shake things up by adding a new top-end model called the Reno 15 Pro Max, according to a new leak. Also Read: Every Gamers Need! 7 Best Budget Gaming Smartphones Under Rs 25,000
Interestingly, several brands are now leaning on Apple’s “Pro Max” moniker – iPhone 17 Pro Max was launched in September, and Xiaomi also unveiled its own 17 Pro Max later that month. Now, Oppo appears to be joining the trend with its first Reno 15 Pro Max.
Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max Specs (Leaked)
As per a report from SmartPrix, the Reno 15 Pro Max will come with a 6.78-inch flat OLED LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution and up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Powering the phone will be the MediaTek Dimensity 9400, the same flagship chip that ran last year’s Find X8 lineup. That should mean smooth performance whether you’re gaming, editing, or just multitasking.
Cameras have always been a major focus for the Reno series, and the upcoming model seems to take things up a notch. The Reno 15 Pro Max is tipped to feature a 200MP Samsung HP5 main camera with OIS, supported by Oppo’s Lumo imaging tech. It’s also expected to include a 50MP periscope telephoto lens and an ultra-wide camera, while the front will house a 50MP selfie shooter – which sounds promising for vloggers and selfie lovers alike.
The phone is also said to pack a 6,500mAh battery, run Android 16 with ColorOS 16, and include features like Wi-Fi 7 and NFC.
Oppo Reno 15 Pro Max Price in India, Launch Timeline (Expected)
If things go as planned, the Reno 15 Pro Max will debut alongside the rest of the Reno 15 lineup in China later this year, with a global launch – including India – expected in early 2026. The phone could be priced around Rs 55,000, putting it right in the premium mid-range category.
If the leaks are accurate, the Reno 15 Pro Max could be one of Oppo’s strongest Reno phones yet – combining power, design, and serious camera hardware in one package.
