Hyperautomation specialist Ciphix acquires Bizzomate, a specialist in low-code software solutions. With this, Ciphix takes the next step in its ambition to become the leading European player in the field of hyperautomation.
In the latest financial survey of the Computable 100, conducted by Corporate Finance International (CFI), Ciphix already rose to third place. The company was thus the highest-ranked newcomer in the financial top 100. Ramon Schuitevoerder (CFI) called the automation of repetitive tasks via software robots with AI in the background a top trend at the time. Ciphix plays on this cleverly. With financial support from the private equity party Mentha Capital, the low-code company Webflight was acquired last year, now followed by Bizzomate.
This creates a company with more than 170 employees with offices in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Valkenburg. In addition to low-code, the portfolio also includes robotic process automation (rpa), ai, process mining and integration-platform-as-a-service (ipaas) technologies. More acquisitions will follow.
Marc Gelissen, founder of Bizzomate, saw the demand for hyperautomation increase sharply in recent years, which is why he looked for a party that offers RPA and IPAAs.
