The Workplace Adjustment Passport features AI-driven support, customizable options and multilingual capabilities, ensuring it remains up-to-date with Workday’s updates and legislative requirements.
CloudRock has launched the Workplace Adjustment Passport, an application built on the Workday platform to help organizations foster inclusive workplace environments.
Designed to support employees with disabilities or caregiving responsibilities, the Workplace Adjustment Passport promises to streamline the process of requesting and maintaining workplace accommodations.
According to the spokespersons, the app can benefit organizations that prioritize employee well-being and aim to create an environment where everyone can be as effective as possible.
As explained by CloudRock, in the application, a responsive employer can temporarily change the workplace environment when the unexpected happens to one of their employees and they need support, ensuring adjustments remain consistent and effective throughout an employee’s journey, regardless of changes in role or management.
The company shared that some of the key features and benefits that users can look forward to include the accessibility of the app, streamlined requests and approval processes, AI-driven support, enhanced culture of inclusivity and customizable and scalable features, including multilingual capabilities.
Additionally, the software will be regularly enhanced alongside Workday’s updates, such as the introduction of new capabilities, which will then be integrated into the app in a phased approach, ensuring it remains up-to-date and equipped with the latest functionalities. This way, CloudRock said, customers will benefit from seamless updates without needing to take any action.
“At CloudRock, we’re committed to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in every workplace,” said Minos Ataliotis, CEO and founder of CloudRock. “The Workplace Adjustment Passport is a game-changer for organizations aiming to build a truly inclusive culture. This app not only meets legislative requirements but also demonstrates how technology can drive meaningful change.”
He added: “The Workplace Adjustment Passport reflects our ongoing partnership with Workday and our dedication to designing tools that empower people and enhance business outcomes.”
