Dell used “delay tactics” and “repeatedly lied about the extent of access and use” by thousands of employees, Anaconda told the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas on Thursday. Educational institutions, individuals and small businesses can use Anaconda’s software, but Dell refused in good faith to negotiate a license required for large enterprises, the complaint said.
