Deloitte has expanded its collaboration with NVIDIA with the aim of offer next generation physical AI solutions, including new products and services in high-fidelity digital twins, advanced computer vision and safe robotics. All focused on companies being able to reduce the time needed for projects to provide real value to organizations, with less operational risk and scaling intelligent machines to production with confidence.
In a context in which companies are integrating physics AI into their operations, Deloitte’s AI, created with NVIDIA Onmiverse libraries, allows simulating decisions, improving situational awareness, and deploying built-in AI at scale. With this, Deloitte is integrating its results orientation and experience in major industrial domains.
The keys to this collaboration are helping clients visualize and optimize operations with immersive simulations, integrating digital twins created with the NVIDIA Omniverse libraries, augmented and virtual reality, and AI, with the aim of combining physical and digital experiences.
In this sense, Deloitte is working with a client in the automotive industry to develop digital twin simulations of factory and warehouse operations that support planning decisions, which help increase efficiency and performance, improve the safety of workers and equipment, and reduce operating costs.
The initiative also seeks to scale the deployment of physical AI safely through edge computing and robotics, leveraging open robotics frameworks. These include NVIDIA Isaac Sim and NVIDIA Cosmos open-world functional models for development, as well as the use of NVIDIA Jetson Thor to synchronize workloads in edge and cloud environments.
On the other hand, within the health sciences sector, Deloitte facilitates the scaling of operations with humanoid systems that integrate simulation, synthetic data, teleoperation and simulation-to-reality validation, with safe and practical deployment of intelligence embedded in all operations.
In addition, interpretation of the physical world at the digital level is facilitated through computer vision, with NVIDIA Blueprint for video search and summary (VSS), Cosmos Reason VLM and NVIDIA Metropolis to deploy video analysis AI agents that combine real and synthetic data with AI training and reasoning models.
As part of its dedication to physical AI, Deloitte is launching a network of centers of excellence, the most recent of which has opened in Shanghai, focused on AI applications in manufacturing, including industrial robotics. These types of centers bring together Deloitte’s ecosystem, implementation expertise and digital consulting capabilities with NVIDIA’s AI solutions and infrastructure to help clients take physical AI from prototype to production.
Notin Mittal, Head of AI at Deloittehas pointed out that «the Physical AI is rapidly moving from experimentation to real-world deployment, and it is changing the way work gets done. “By leveraging NVIDIA’s advanced technology stack with Deloitte’s engineering expertise and deep sector knowledge, we are helping organizations build new intelligent physical spaces in the age of AI.”
Deepu Talla, Vice President of Robotics and Edge AI at NVIDIAcomments that «a As demand for physical AI and digital twin technologies accelerates, companies are moving beyond exploration to optimize complex operations and improve real-world decision making. Merging NVIDIA’s full-stack physical AI platform with Deloitte’s industrial expertise provides a scalable path for organizations to bring intelligent systems to large-scale production faster through simulation..
