Apple has released “F1: the Movie” on the Store section of its TV app, ahead of its as yet unannounced streaming debut on Apple TV+.
“F1” is now available to rent or buy
Even as “F1: the Movie” is still being shown in theaters — and returned to IMAX ones too — Apple has made it available to rent or buy. The hit movie will next be released on Apple TV+ where it will stream for free, but it’s not yet known when that will be.
In the meantime, Apple is following the typical windows for theatrical films, giving it an early but higher-price release. As of August 22, 2025, “F1: the Movie” can be bought for $25, or rented for $20.
