Google is rolling out a new AI-based ‘Meme Me’ feature within Google Photos that’l help you turn yourself into a meme.
On Google’s support pages, the company revealed Google Photos users in the United States. It’ll allow you to take preset meme templates and plant a photo of yourself in there for good measure. Google calls it a way to create “funny, personalised images” that are easily shareable with friends and family.
Interestingly, the feature seems to suggest you’re only allowed to use a photo of yourself. That might prevent it being used for less than pleasant purposes. Probably for the best if your group chats are anything like mine!
I’m not seeing the feature available on the my Google Photos app on iOS yet. The company does say it’s rolling out now, so it might take a while to reach all users in the United States.
