There has been quite a buzz around its next flagship smartphone series dubbed Pixel 10, but you might need to hold on a little longer for it. There are several reports claiming that Google’s next-gen Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and the larger Pixel 10 Pro XL could be delayed beyond Google’s usual October release timeline. To recall, Google’s usual release timeline for its Pixel series is in the fall, however, rumors, leaks, and supply chain whispers hint toward a possible shift in the Pixel 10 series launch schedule.
Here’s What We Know About Upcoming Google Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL:
One of the highly anticipated premium series from Google, Pixel 10 might be in the works and the tech giant could possibly unveil it after October. Though the exact reason behind the delay isn’t officially confirmed, but speculation reveals that the reason for delay might ranges from the hardware refinements to software optimization. This optimization is more or less tied to Android 15.
As per report from Android Authority, Google seems to be preparing to launch a new magnetic accessory ecosystem called ‘Pixelsnap’. This will be launched alongside Pixel 10 series. The publication reviewed credible retail marketing materials that hint at three Qi2-based accessories currently in development: a Pixelsnap Charger, a Pixelsnap Charger with Stand, and a Pixelsnap Ring Stand.
If this happens, then it means Google is taking a major step to take on Apple’s MagSafe ecosystem more directly. The tech giant is offering Pixel users a similar magnetic charging and accessory experience. This seems to be an exciting and long-overdue step for Google. The accessories have never really been their strong point and hence a dedicated Magnetic ecosystem could finally give Pixel owners a seamless, anp-on experience without relying on third-party solutions.
