Honor is all set to launch a new mid-range smartphone – the Honor X7c 5G – in India. The company has announced the arrival of the phone through a press release. A microsite is also live on Amazon, suggesting that it will be exclusively available through the e-commerce platform. Though the launch date for the Honor X7c 5G is still under wraps, it is expected to bring a similar set of features as its global variant.
Honor X7c 5G India Launch and Design
Honor confirmed the launch of the upcoming smartphone through a press release. The teaser image reveals the rear panel of the Honor X7c 5G, shown in a green colourway with a square-shaped dual-camera module. The Amazon microsite confirms that the phone will feature a 50MP AI Motion Camera. It will be available in two colour variants – Forest Green and Moonlight White.
Honor X7c 5G Specifications (Expected)
The Honor X7c 5G debuted globally with a 6.8-inch TFT LCD display with a full-HD+ resolution (1,080 X 2,412 pixels) and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
For photography, the rear setup includes a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the Honor X7c 5G houses a 5MP for selfies and video calls.
Under the hood, the device houses a 5,200mAh battery with 35W fast charging support. The Honor X7c 5G also comes with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, making it more durable in everyday use. The phone will boot Android 15-based MagicOS 8.0 out of the box.
Interestingly, the 4G variant of the Honor X7c – launched in select markets – comes with a 108MP primary camera and a larger 6,000mAh battery. However, the 5G model for India is expected to stick to the specs seen in other countries.
