Opening up your TikTok watch history isn’t just useful for tracking down previously watched videos, but it’s also handy for deleting videos you don’t want people to see.
For example, you may have been doing some research on Christmas presents, and want to keep it a surprise for your loved ones. Whatever your reasoning, we’ve created this step-by-step guide to show you can view your watch history on Tiktok right away.
What you’ll need:
- An Android or iOS device
- The TikTok app
The Short Version
- Open TikTok
- Go to your profile
- Tap the three-line icon
- Go to the Activity Centre
- Choose Watch History

Open Tiktok
We’ll be using screenshots from an Android phone, but you can also view your watch history on the iOS app.

Go to your profile
On the For You page, tap Profile in the bottom-right corner.

Tap the three-lines icon
In order to access your account settings, click the three lines in the top-right of the screen.

Click on Activity Centre
To access your watch history, you’ll need to access Activity Centre first. This can be found under ‘Content & Display’ in settings.

Choose Watch History
Here you can find all your recently viewed videos. You can also delete your watch history if necessary.
To remove a specific video from your watch history, follow the steps below. Then tap Select, then your chosen video, and then Delete.
To delete all your watched videos, follow the steps above. Then hit Select, Select All Watch History, and Delete.
