According to Qichacha, a Chinese company information platform, HiSilicon Semiconductor has undergone a business registration change: Xu Zhijun has stepped down as legal representative and chairman, with HiSilicon CEO Gao Ji taking over. Xu, who joined Huawei in 1993, currently serves as vice chairman and rotating chairman. His resignation may reflect an internal adjustment of management responsibilities within Huawei.
