User’s advice to connect
Here’s some advice on X from one – rather well-informed – user:
“For those with a distinct lack of @hyperoptic broadband at the moment – If you have a separate VPN available, you may be able to connect to it and get broadband back up.
“Looks like it ain’t a signal problem but possibly some sort of routing or config issue on their end.”
Network Status tool – update
It would appear the Network Status tool on the website is down too. We’ll keep you updated here with all the latest developments and any statement from customer services at Hyperoptic.
‘Please get it up and running … work starts soon’
Users have taken to X in the past 10 minutes to voice concerns about the service.
One said: “Isn’t this twice your service has gone down”, while another said they were hoping it would be ready by the time they started work this morning.
Users experiencing ‘total blackout’
Some users are also experiencing “total blackout” while a minority – 2% – are experiencing issues accessing the website, according to Downdetector.
