Just as the iPhone 17 lineup hit stores last month, iMazing 3.4 rolled out with full support for iOS 26, macOS Tahoe 26, and the new devices.
The update features multiple enhancements to the tools that give superpowers to iPhone users of any level, and 9to5Mac readers can get a limited-time 20% discount on all licenses with the code -20off. Here’s what’s new.
Since its launch in 2008 as a powerful alternative to iTunes, iMazing has become the most advanced and comprehensive iPhone management platform available on both macOS and Windows.
As casual and pro users have come to expect, iMazing rolled out a comprehensive update earlier this month, bringing full support for macOS Tahoe, iOS 26, and the iPhone 17 lineup.
But iMazing 3.4 goes further, and brings more than 70 improvements, enhancements, and updates, including multiple UI refreshes, expanded controls and filters for Notes, Contacts, Messages, WhatsApp, Photos, Music, and beyond, and new features for enterprise users.
Here are the highlights:
iPhone 17 lineup support
Since launch day, iMazing 3.4 has been compatible with the entire iPhone 17 lineup, iOS 26, and macOS Tahoe 26.
Thanks to the flexible software architecture introduced with iMazing 3, users can now benefit from faster and more streamlined updates, delivering reliable, comprehensive support that adapts to the evolving needs of users at every skill level.
Refined UI, new filters, and more control
With iMazing 3.4, multiple sections got welcome UI refinements and refreshes.
The Notes section, for instance, has new sidebar and filters that make browsing and sorting even easier and faster. It now supports tables, indented lists, text colors, as well as new attachment types for audio, video, and call recordings.
Viewing photos and videos also got easier in the Messages and WhatsApp sections, as they now show metadata and the familiar carousel navigator that users know from the Photos app.
Sorting through call history and voicemail is also much easier now. And thanks to new information displayed right in the sidebar, such as call duration, users who work on billable time can save even more of it while working on their reports.
And speaking of phone calls, managing contacts is also more streamlined, with link support for phone numbers, emails, and even URLs.
As many iMazing users know, exporting data is a core feature of the platform. With that in mind, the “Export All Data” tool got even more powerful, offering more granular controls to refine exports by contact name, file name, keywords, or even date range.
Enterprise improvements
As companies increasingly rely on iMazing for the same flexible data transfer and device management solutions that personal users enjoy, iMazing 3.4 also brings multiple improvements for sysadmins and IT users:
- Developer Tools: Enable Developer Mode, mount developer images, install custom packages, or export the I/O registry.
- Configurator (Business): New blueprint actions, updated Setup Assistant steps for Apple OS 26.
- CLI (Business): New options for exporting from devices and backups items that have their metadata matching a specific search term, partial backups, and support for environment variables.
- Spyware Analyzer: New indicators of compromise have been added for Candiru, Wintego Helios, and EagleMsgSpy.
