TRAVIS KELCE proved just how much he cares about Taylor Swift by showing up to her Eras Tour show in Indianapolis.
The Kansas City Chiefs superstar, 35, surprised fans by turning up to the show on November 2, despite the concert taking place just three days before his Monday Night Football game against the Buccaneers.
The 1,000-mile round trip didn’t seem to hamper his performance either as he came back and managed 14 receptions for a total of 100 yards – more than any other player in the game.
While the Chiefs extended their record to 8-0 as they beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 30-24.
Kelce’s surprise attendance in Indianapolis left fans impressed at his commitment to making sure he can see Swift in action.
And the tight end spoke about his decision to head out and watch the show one last time on his podcast “New Heights” with brother Jason Kelce.
He said: “I wanted to see Tay one more time before this thing [US Tout] got closed up.”
Adding: “And I’ll tell you what, man, the American crowds, they did not disappoint.
“I heard that it was a lot more rowdy this time around, knowing she was coming back to stop through America one last time before the tour was over with. And man, that thing was rocking.”
Fans online were all gushing about Kelce’s decision to make the trip to see his superstar girlfriend.
One wrote: “Love them so much!! They are supportive of each other”.
While another added: “Love how he loves her! Especially today when nothing seems right in the world”.
And a third posted: “Awww Tayvis… the only thing making me smile today”.
Taylor Swift, 34, didn’t let the gesture go unnoticed either.
The Cruel Summer singer returned the favour by attending Kelce’s game on Monday night.
Kelce will have full focus on trying to win a third consecutive Super Bowl with the Chiefs now that Swift’s Eras Tour is coming to a close.
The Kansas City team can become the first Franchise in NFL history to achieve the feat.
With their record currently at 8-0 it seems that they are well on their way to earning a spot in the play-offs.
Up next for the Chiefs is tonight’s matchup with the Denver Broncos.
