London’s largest fibre internet network is experiencing major outages.
More than 1,300,000 homes and 185,000 businesses use Community Fibre, based out of London.
Reports of internet outages from customers spiked to almost 10,000 on Down Detector just after noon.
Community Fibre confirmed engineers were working on the issue, but did not specify what had caused it.
A spokesperson told Metro: ‘We are aware that some of our customers are experiencing network outages this afternoon.
‘Our specialist network delivery team are looking into this with the highest priority, and we expect to see these network issues resolved shortly.’
