What we know so far…
Thanks for following us. There is little information at present but here’s what we do know:
- Users started reporting problems accessing the app shortly after 11am (BST).
- Most of the reported problems are with the app – 63% – with 26% reporting issues with the website, and 11% having issues with the server connection.
- It is a global outage – with thousands affected in the US and hundreds in the UK.
