The channel will also air movies for the first time.
But the big show coming to TLC will be the return of Mock The Week.
The much-loved comedy panel show ended on the BBC in 2022.
An exact air date for its return on TLC is yet to be announced.
TLC’s shake-up does mean that sister channel HGTV is closing down, as it takes the former’s free TV slot.
Programmes shown on HGTV will continue to appear on Discovery+ to stream.
