The evolution of Ocupe
We started with a small team and a strong drive to make things happen. All of us were already experienced advertising professionals with leadership backgrounds.
At first, we focused solely on paid media, social media, and design. But as we gained more clients, new marketing demands emerged. To meet these needs, we expanded our pool of highly skilled professionals, bringing in experts in content, SEO, and other key marketing specialties.
Today, Ocupe has over 30 high-caliber professionals and has served more than 40 clients across different industries.
Milestones and achievements
- Ocupe is an operational partner for three of the ten largest agencies in Brazil.
- In November 2024 alone, we managed over R$83M in digital media—equivalent to 6% of Brazil’s total digital media investment that month.
- Our average growth rate exceeds 100% per year over the past three years, with more than R$400M managed in paid media.
Lessons learned
Ocupe has faced major challenges, such as acquiring clients without a large initial budget, balancing growth and profitability, building an elite team, and standing out in a highly competitive market.
We overcame these barriers by testing hypotheses, listening to the market, and investing in smart acquisition strategies like content marketing and strategic partnerships. Additionally, we built a strong culture of agility and innovation through training and weekly process alignments.
We have come a long way and are excited to continue growing with Ocupe’s expansion.
