ECI Software Solutions, a Westlake-based global provider of cloud-based business management software and services, has acquired Avid Ratings, a Madison, Wisconsin-based provider of leading customer experience solutions designed specifically for the residential construction industry.
ECI CEO Trevor Gruenewald said Avid Ratings’ solutions provide “unparalleled, industry-specific capabilities that help homebuilders better understand and improve the customer experience, filling an important gap in our portfolio.”
“This acquisition aligns perfectly with our commitment to investing in AI and other innovative technologies to deliver comprehensive software suites and keep our customers competitive,” Gruenewald added in a statement.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
ECI said the strategic deal expands its industry-specific solutions for homebuilders by adding advanced customer experience management tools and AI-powered platforms, helping builders improve customer satisfaction and streamline their operations.
Homebuyer feedback and data
Avid Ratings specializes in measuring and analyzing customer feedback at every stage of the homebuyer journey.
Through its flagship product, AvidCX, the company streamlines customer experience management for homebuilders with deep analytics and feedback tools. Avid Ratings adds additional cutting-edge technology to ECI with its AI-powered AvidWarranty platform, currently in development, and its post-in-home management platform, HomeKeep.
ECI said that by creating stronger integration capabilities with its existing integrated homebuilding solutions, including MarkSystems and Lasso, the company will be able to deliver more powerful data sharing and automation capabilities to customers.
