The rumors regarding the specifications and features of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra are becoming prominent with each passing day. Pretty recently, we got to know that the device will ship with an ultra-thin body. Now, in a recent development, the device has already been benchmarked on Geekbench.
The Geekbench listing suggests that the device will ship with a Snapdragon processor. The model number mentioned on the site is SM-S938U. The ultra model from the previous series carried the model number SM-S928U. The U here signifies that the device is for the United States. Talking about the Geekbench listing, the device scored 3069 in the single core tests and 9080 in the multi core tests.

The operating system that we get to see in the listing is Android 15. The testing was most probably for the 12GB RAM variant as the available RAM listed on Geekbench is 10.54GB RAM. The code name used for the processor is Sun which has been used to refer to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor in the past. The maximum clock speed mentioned there is 4.19GHz for two prime cores.

Previously, it was said that the S25 series would ship with Exynos processors only. However, the latest listing quashes all the rumors like that. However, speculations are that Samsung will have multiple variants of the S25 Ultra based on different processors used in different regions.
And we can’t deny the possibility of a 16GB RAM variant of the device making a debut at the time of launch because no way it can have only one 12GB RAM variant. Apart from that, all other specifications and features of the device are still under wraps. Speculations are that we will get to know more about the device and the Galaxy S25 series as soon as Samsung makes an official announcement regarding the same.
