While the A16 won’t trouble any of the Galaxy flagships for specs, this device is roughly 10x cheaper than some of the flashier models, and you’re still getting a lot of your modest outcome. There’s 128GB of storage, for instance, which is a healthy amount for storing lots of videos, snaps from the camera and even games.
The 1080p display measures 6.7-inches, and surprisingly, it has a nippy 120Hz refresh rate. That means it refreshes twice as fast as a 60Hz screen, making everything seem smoother. Even the iPhone 16 doesn’t have a 120Hz screen, and this £100 phone does. Impressive.
