YET another national anthem singer has been booed by Canadian fans.
Ever since the announcement of American tariffs on Canadian exports, Canadian fans have expressed their displeasure with their southern neighbors.

Over the weekend, when Americans team travelled to Canadian soil since the announcement of the tariffs, the singer performing the Star Spangled Banner has been booed by fans.
That was the case on Sunday at the Vancouver Canucks game.
Agasha Mutesasira, 26, saw boos rain down on her from fans while she sang the American national anthem.
Nearly 20,000 fans shared their displeasure with President Trump while she was singing.
Trump announced an economic emergency on Saturday to place 25 percent tariffs on imports from Canada and Mexico.
Energy imported from Canada and Mexico (oil, natural gas, and electricity) would be taxed at a 10 percent rate under that plan.
Trump faced retaliatory tariffs from both Mexico and Canada after his announcement was made.
However, those tariffs have since been put on hold for a month as the two sides try to come to come to a new agreement.
In light of the backlash from Canadian fans over those tariffs, Mutesasira has been given another chance to perform for the Canucks.
“The Canucks team was very appreciative and very impressed by how the situation was handled,” she told TMZ.
“And yes, they’re very much looking forward to having me back at some point.”
Mutesasira also explained that the Canucks warned her that there could be an adverse reaction from fans.
“I was given an adequate warning by the Canucks team, the production team and everyone there,” she said.
“I even had one of the singers who often does the anthem message me.
“There was a lot of preparation given to me, so once I heard them I knew it wasn’t personal and I was just still very honored and excited to complete the anthem.
And yes, they’re very much looking forward to having me back at some point.

“It all made up for it at the end, everyone cheered and it was very sweet.”
The boos from fans have caused quite a stir, with some NHL players even reacting to it after experiencing it.
“I mean, it’s too bad, right? It is what it is,” Red Wings forward Patrick Kane said.
“I guess you can maybe understand it from this side but seems like it’s a thing that’s going around the league right now.”
There is no telling if the booing trend will continue after the tariffs were put on pause.
