SKY customers have just days before a much-loved TV product will stop working completely.
The broadcasting giant has already been processing refunds to those affected, with up to £290 on offer.
Sky Live will no longer function next week.
The service was an extension camera accessory for Sky Glass unlocking a bunch of extra content on TVs.
Most popular of them all were the games, which allowed users to play using movements.
Peppa Pig, Fruit Ninja and Lego Ninjago were among the titles available.

Sky Live could also be used to watch Sky Sports games with friends virtually with a video feed in the corner.
And there was a fitness training app that tracked your movements to make suggestions for better form.
It launched in June 2023 but will shut down on December 4.
When announcing the move earlier this month, Sky said it would offer customers a full refund.
It cost £290 to buy outright or £6 per month on a 48-month plan with a Sky Glass subscription.
“Innovation has always been at the heart of Sky,” a Sky rep said at the time.
“This year we’ve expanded our Sky Glass range to offer more choice, launched the UK’s fastest broadband speeds from any major provider, and continued to invest in making the TV experience even better.
“Sky Live was part of that journey, and we’re proud of the ambition behind it. It’s given us valuable learnings that are helping to shape the future of our products.
“The most popular feature was gaming, which is why we’ve continued to bring even more games to Sky Glass and Sky Stream, with something for everyone in the family, including Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.
“We’re focusing our investment where it matters most to customers — faster, simpler products, unbeatable content and brilliant service. Customers who purchased Sky Live will be refunded.”
REPLACEMENT ON THE WAY?
For those who will miss Sky Live’s games there might be some good news coming next year.
Nex, who Sky partnered with on Sky Live, is planning to launch its own device.
Nex Playground is already available in the US with the same games.
The company revealed to The Sun that they are planning to launch the device in the UK in 2026.
HOW TO GET YOUR REFUND
Sky should have contacted you by now about a refund if you’re eligible.
Only those who bought the device from Sky directly can claim – so if you got Sky Live second hand you’re out of luck.
For those who paid monthly, Sky will cancel any future payments outstanding and refund everything you’ve paid so far.
If you owe Sky money on your bill for other services like TV or broadband, the refund total will pay for this first and what ever is left will go back into your bank account.
