Synology has celebrated in Madridspecifically in the Neptune Palace, su evento anual Solution Day 2025which brought together more than 250 professionals from the business technology sector in a conference on cybersecurity, intelligent storage and efficient data management.
The company’s clients, as well as partners and experts, gathered at the meeting to learn about the latest developments in Synology’s ecosystem of products and services. Among them, the new functions of DiskStation Manager (DSM) 7.3 and its video surveillance, data protection and storage solutions.
The event began with a speech about how the company drives efficiency in data management. This was followed by a first session focused on cyber resilience and protection of company infrastructures. In it, Tomás Saiz, Project Manager for Iberian Synelogyintroduced the company’s unified data protection platform, ActiveProtect. During the presentation, Saiz highlighted his role in defending against threats and loss of information.
The Constitutional Court also participated in this first part, whose Head of Systems Area, Miguel Ángel Izquierdo, showed how the adoption of Synology solutions has driven its technological transformation.
The second part of the day focused on video surveillance solutions. Nacho García, Regional Manager of Iberia Iberiashowed how Synology Surveillance Station solutions to go from recording to active response with intelligent analysis and management tools.
In this session, the Systems and Networking Manager of AMES – Sintered Metallic Components, presented his success story and highlighted the international implementation of video surveillance systems based on Synology.
The last session of the event was about secure collaboration and productivity solutions. Oscar Nuño, Regional Account Manager de Synology para Iberiapresented Synology Office Suite, a comprehensive proposal that integrates storage, communication and teamwork, to improve intelligence and security at work.
The person in charge of presenting his success story in this session was Javier Conesa, CEO of Inmasan Tech, who shared the case of the Norman Foster Foundation and explained how Synology helps protect and manage its digital legacy through an updated and sustainable technological infrastructure.
In parallel with the sessions, event attendees were able to visit the stands in the exhibition area, interact with Synology experts, test their products and resolve technical questions by interacting with the company’s local team.
Synology partners Zyxel Networks and Schneider Electric also participated in the event, sharing their vision on secure network integration and energy efficiency in modern IT environments.
