Telefónica Hispanoamérica has sold the totality of His actions of his telephone subsidiary Peru to the Argentine company Integra Tec Internationalwhich guarantees that the more than 13 million subscribers of the operator in the country, both in urban and rural areas, will continue to maintain the service.

The Argentine company new owner of the operator has pledged to launch a public offer to Buy shares aimed at 0.7% of the remaining actions of the operator, with the aim of getting all of them.
Telefónica del Perú had declared a few months ago in the bankruptcy of creditors, and this ordinary restructuring bankruptcy process, initiated by the operator against Indecopi, the corresponding entity, will continue with its procedure according to the current regulations.
