Sony is being generous with its PlayStation users this end of the year. A couple of days ago we told how to activate the original PSX boot screen on a PS5, a nostalgic detail of the company for the most loyal.
Now, Sony announces the arrival of My First Gran Turismo, completely free, for PS4 and PS5. This is a completely new delivery to celebrate the company’s 30th anniversary. It can be downloaded completely free of charge on both consoles, with certain limitations regarding proposals such as Gran Turismo 7.
Gran Turismo was born in 1997 as “the driving simulator” and, although Forza Motorsport has managed to get its teeth out of it, it remains one of the best-known games in the world for it. My First Gran Turismo, as its name suggests, is especially designed for those users who have never played it.
It has several game modes, namely: licensing center, music rally, racing, time trial or practice laps. The total of circuits are three of the classics -Kyoto Driving Park, Deep Forest Raceway and Trial Mountain Circuit-, and a total of 18 cars among which there are classics such as the Lamborghini Countach, the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO, Audi TT and Honda NSX .
The game can be downloaded tomorrow, Friday, December 6, with 15 GB of storage required on PS5 and 12 GB in the case of PS4. It is a local game, without online mode, for one player. As a curiosity, the cars that are unlocked in My First Gran Turismo can be unlocked in Gran Turismo 7 if we link our PlayStation Network account.
