Yes, the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are over – but there’s still the chance to save some big money on some great tech in the run-up to Christmas.

For a limited time, Amazon has dropped the Pixel Watch 3 (41mm) from £349 to just £199, a huge 43% saving on Google’s newest fitness-focused wearable.

Google improved almost everything here over the older model. The new Actua display is brighter, bigger and far more responsive, offering twice the brightness and a 10% increase in usable screen space. It means glancing at pace, heart rate, or notifications is far easier, whether you’re mid-run or checking your wrist in bright daylight.

Where the Pixel Watch 3 really earns its price is in running and fitness. Fitbit’s advanced form tracking gives you real-time guidance on posture, cadence and efficiency, while the workout builder lets you design routines with intervals, warm-ups, cooldowns, pace targets and HR zones. Everything can be saved straight to the watch so you can run your plan without touching your phone.

Google’s AI adds another smart layer. It studies your goals, past runs and recovery levels to deliver personalised run recommendations every time you lace up, almost like having a coach on your wrist.

You still get all the essentials: seamless Wear OS integration, heart-rate tracking, GPS via your smartphone, 32GB storage, and a lightweight matte black aluminium case that doesn’t feel bulky on smaller wrists.

Now, if you want to make a smart choice, get this smartwatch that does more than track your movement. This Pixel Watch 3 deal is one of the best options you’ll find, and it’s still live at £199 while stock lasts.

By introducing a larger edition of the Pixel Watch 3, Google has resolved the biggest issues with the first two generations: wearability for those with bigger wrists, and battery life.

There hasn’t been a huge leap forward made in the other key areas – smart features, health monitoring, or fitness tracking – but there’s just enough here to ensure this becomes the top Wear OS smartwatch for most Android users.

  • A much better fit for bigger wrists

  • Reliable HR monitoring

  • Two-day AOD battery (45mm)

  • Display remains susceptible to scratches

  • GPS tracking is good but not top tier

  • Not much of an upgrade for 41mm owners
