The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is best suited for hardcore adventure enthusiasts. It’s the most rugged Apple watch featuring a durable titanium case, extended 55-hour battery life (a full day longer than the Series 10), an 86-decibel emergency siren, and an impressive 40-meter depth gauge. Plus, the optional cellular connectivity means you can leave your phone at home without worry. If you’re often exercising off-the-grid, pick up this tough smartwatch while it’s $200 off.

Garmin Smartwatch Deals

The Garmin Venu Sq 2 is our Editors’ Choice for an affordable fitness-focused smartwatch—and that’s without an extra $100 discount. It features several health benefits, including more than 25 workout modes, GPS tracking, step count, heart rate, pulse oximeter, stress, respiration, and hydration statistics, as well as some of the best sleep tracking on the market. Additionally, it supports calendar and weather apps, Garmin Mobile Pay, and smartphone notifications, making it a well-rounded and practical wearable. Thanks to the bright, responsive AMOLED touch screen and sleek, rounded design, it’s an aesthetically stunning fitness tracker-smartwatch hybrid.

Performance-focused athletes will get the most use out of Garmin’s Forerunner 55. It’s packed with helpful training tools, including a PacePro feature that provides GPS-based pace guidance based on your selected course. Advanced wellness features, such as intensity minutes, fitness age, and all-day respiration, help you gain insight into your body’s functions and how to optimize your training. While it’s best suited for running, it can also efficiently track cycling, swimming, Pilates, HIIT, and other workouts. We haven’t yet reviewed this model, but awarded its predecessor, the Garmin Forerunner 45, an “Excellent” rating.

The Garmin Forerunner 255 Music is designed for athletes who want to maximize their training while enjoying their favorite playlists. In addition to tracking performance stats, sleep, and heart rate variability, it evaluates your current training status to let you know if you need to push harder, back off, or keep going at the same intensity. Plus, you can access free adaptive training plans from Garmin Coach. With space to download up to 500 songs, you can exercise with music even if you leave your phone at home.
