TRAVIS Kelce recently revealed he has made changes to his diet – which has helped his body transformation.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end turned 35 during the 2024 season.

But he’s stayed in incredible shape and changed a few things in his eating habits.
Kelce is listed at 250lbs on the Chiefs’ official website.
But he was looking leaner than ever headed into Super Bowl LIX against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The tight end answered questions about his diet and food habits during Super Bowl week.
“I’ve been eating clean,” Kelce revealed on the Thursday before the Super Bowl.
“I haven’t been drinking as much, a little lower on the pounds this week.
“So, hopefully I can run away from some Eagles out there.”
The Super Bowl didn’t go according to plan for Kelce or the Chiefs as they were comprehensively beaten.
The Philadelphia Eagles ran out 40-22 winners at the Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Kelce is considering retirement from the sport and will go down as one of the best tight ends in history.
But he’s still in shape to be able to carry on playing at a high level.
He takes in around 4,000 calories on practice and gamedays.
Breakfast is usually oatmeal and fresh fruit – before he piles on the meats later in the day.
Kelce has a sweet tooth and revealed to Men’s Journal that he always has French Toast on gamedays.
“On game day, you want to carb up, so I have the energy I need for the game,” the tight end said.
“If I can, I’ll have a breakfast-type meal, since most of our games are in the afternoon.
And his sweet tooth also extends to his partner Taylor Swift.
Last summer he revealed that he’s a big fan of Swift’s homemade cinnamon rolls and Pop-Tarts.
But Kelce is also in awe of Swift’s work ethic as he considers whether or not to end his NFL career.
The tight end said, “What I saw on that tour last year was pretty remarkable.
“To see the week-in, week-out traveling from one country to the next and how excruciating it is on her body and on her mind — and it’s not just her.
“It was her entire tour. It was an absolute machine and it was something I could admire watching.”
