Vivo V50 is soon going to release in the Indian market. Previous reports related to the smartphone claimed that the device will make a debut in the third week of February 8, 2025. As teased by Vivo, the smartphone will sport Zeiss-powered sensors for amazing photography.
We can also get to see a punch hole cutout on the display at the top middle of the device for the placement of the camera. Apart from that, tipster Abhishek Yadav has suggested that the Vivo V50 will be priced in the Indian market at Rs 37,999 for the base model. Apart from that, rumors have it that the device is going to be a revamped version of the Vivo S20 with minor tweaks in the specs.
Vivo V50 expected specifications and features
The Vivo V50 could come with a 6.7-inch quad-curved display coupled with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor with three storage configurations – 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, and 12GB RAM with 512GB internal storage. The device will be available in three color options Grey, Blue, and Rose Red.
The Vivo V50 will operate on the Funtouch OS based on the Android 15 operating system. The smartphone will sport a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary shooter and a 50MP secondary shooter. You may also get to see a 50MP front sensor for selfies and video calls.
One of the major highlights of the device will be that it will get the IP68 + IP69 dual certification for water and dust resistance. The phone will be powered by a 6000mAh battery along with 90W wired fast charging support. Speculations are that we will get to know more about the same as soon as Vivo announces the launch date officially.
