President Trump on Monday afternoon is expected to make announce that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) plans to spend $100 billion in U.S. chip manufacturing plants on Monday.
The multibillion-dollar investment, first reported by The Wall Street Journal and confirmed by the White House, will stretch out over the next four years.
