Whistleblower reveals secret US government UFO retrieval programme

An elite member of the US Airforce and recipient of NATO’s top-secret security clearance has come forward to reveal a secret programme to retrieve fallen UFOs.

Jacob Barber has described his encounters with non-human intelligence and objects as he worked retrieving crashed aircraft at a secret testing facility in the 2000s.

The helicopter pilot, who has lobbied the incoming Secretary of State Marco Rubio and wants to testify before Congress, revealed how psychics and a UFO task force work to track down extraterrestrial objects.

Jacob says he worked at a secret base called ‘The Range’ from 2001.

There, he claims he flew a helicopter with a 50m-long line to retrieve UFOs, which are called unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) by the US government.

‘Just visually looking at the object on the ground, you could tell that it was extraordinary and anomalous. It was not human,’ Jacob told NewsNation of his first encounter with a non-human being the size of an SUV.

‘I saw an egg, a white egg. There was no engine. There was no thermal signature. I was operating at night when I finally came in to pick it up.

‘Everyone involved was convinced that what we were seeing and dealing with was, in fact, exotic in its origin.

‘Over the last couple of years, it’s been confirmed to me by ranking members of the UAP Task Force that what we were working with that night was, in fact, NHI (nonhuman intelligence), and it was not a unique experience.’

Jacob shared video which he says shows the retrieval of one of these mysterious eggs in a helicopter operations.

Others have claimed that these sort of helicopter UFO collections have been taking place for decades.

Another encounter with a UFO during secret retrieval mission changed Jacob’s life.

He said: ‘As I get closer to this site, I start feeling odd, I start feeling extremely emotional, and the closer I get, the more the emotion starts to overwhelm me.

‘I feel this intense hybrid of sadness and happiness and beauty and song, and it was very disruptive to me.

‘It felt like the spirit of God, but not in any masculine sense. And it wasn’t like a soul; it was like a frequency that I was connected with.

‘And whatever that force was since that night, it has stayed with me.’

The UFO retrieval programme also uses specialist psychics called psionics to attracted extraterrestrial objects, claimed Jacob.

He says he witnessed these psionics making mental and spiritual connections with UFOs, a claim support by another Special Forces Operator Don Paul Bales.

Jacob now works with a Skywatcher Team, which assisted the US government with investigating last year’s drone sightings on the east coast.

He claimed to have successfully used psionics to summon UFOs in August 2024, which apparently resulted in a UFO psychic dogfight breaking out in the sky above them.

The elite US airman believes a rogue UFO was attempting to sabotage his team’s operations.

Jacob has met staffers from the team of Marco Rubio, the pick of the incoming US President Donald Trump to be the country’s secretary of state.
