To achieve this, the profile should be sharpened. In addition to the traditional network business for corporate customers (Corporate Network Solutions), defined solutions for the public sector, KRITIS and the security and defense sector are on the agenda. Rohde & Schwarz Networks and Cybersecurity is also expected to continue to grow in the European market with an expanded and focused solution portfolio.
The previous Lancom managing directors, Constantin von Reden and Robert Mallinson, will continue their work as managing directors of Rohde & Schwarz Networks and Cybersecurity from July 1, 2026. Ralf Koenzen, Lancom founder and current managing director of Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity, will support the company as an advisor.
The merged company will have around 500 employees in the future. The six company locations in Würselen, Hamburg, Karlsruhe, Cologne, Berlin and Munich will remain in place. Rohde & Schwarz Networks and Cybersecurity GmbH is headquartered in Würselen. Furthermore, as it is said, new resources are being specifically built up to implement the growth strategy.
