One company that is now taking the step of integrating AI directly and widely into the everyday work of its employees is Commerzbank. In contrast to the car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz, which relies on a partnership with the Berlin unicorn n8n, the bank relies on the US hyperscalers Microsoft and Google.
Copilot and Gemini as AI assistant
The financial institution is expanding its partnerships with the two companies to introduce AI assistants Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini Enterprise. The target group is not highly specialized data teams, but classic clerks and managers.
