Think of these prompts as your project management playbook, covering everything from the initial spark of an idea to the final project wrap-up. Use them to save time, reduce stress, and build a clear path to success for your next project.

Use these prompts to define your project’s purpose and scope.

1. Develop a Project Charter: A project charter formally authorizes the project and outlines its core components.
