Those responsible for you are already getting financial value from current networks. Especially through the promotion of innovation and new business models (50% of companies), the improvement of customer experiences (47% in Spain) and the increase in efficiency and productivity (38%).
But to achieve maximum growth and expected savings, those responsible for you point out that they must close several critical gaps: isolated or partially integrated systems (55%), incomplete implementations (50%) and dependence on manual supervision (47%).
84% of those responsible ensure that the improvement of networks will boost income directly, and 88% expect significant cost savings, driven by smarter operations, less interruptions and lower energy consumption.
According to Cisco, the CEOs coincide with those responsible for you on the importance of infrastructure in the AI era. 97% are expanding its use, and 78% trust their CIO or CTO to make investment decisions.
But a 74% ensure that growth is already slowing down because of obsolete infrastructureand 96% believe that alliances with technological suppliers of trust will be crucial for success.
