Follow these steps to delete your Google Pay transaction history:
STEP1: At first, open your Google Pay App on your Android device.
STEP2: Tap your profile image on the top right corner of the profile.

STEP4: Now go to Data and Personalization
STEP5: Tap on your Google Account
STEP6: In order to check your Google Pay transaction history, you need to log in to My Activity option.
STEP7: Now tap Delete to delete your transaction history.
STEP8: Confirm the action and then tap Delete Activity.
