On August 28, 2024, Fireworks Software’s investigation revealed that an unauthorized party had gained access to the organization’s IT network between June 23, 2024 and June 26, 2024, and that the unauthorized party had accessed and possibly obtained certain confidential information.
After Fireworks Software learned that sensitive consumer data had been accessed by an unauthorized party, it reviewed the compromised files to determine what information had been leaked and which consumers had been affected. Fireworks Software recently completed this process.
On September 17, 2024, Fireworks Software sent out data breach notification letters to everyone affected by the recent data security incident.
