Every time a brand mentions that its new mobile will receive three years (sometimes even less) of operating system updates, I shake my head, especially if we are talking about high-end mobiles that, on many occasions, exceed 1,000 euros. For this same reason, although I consider them to be expensive phones, I usually recommend going for some of the Google or Samsung phones, especially if they are on sale, as is the case with the Samsung Galaxy S24+ which is on sale on Amazon for 949 euros.

Seven years of AI updates and features
This version of the Samsung Galaxy S24+ is the expensive one, the one that has 512 GB of storage and has an official Price of 1,279 euros. But there are many reasons why its offer price is interesting. Beyond costing 949 euros—which is its historical minimum priceand which also comes with a charger—, we are talking about a very complete mobile phone that will be very useful for many years.
The Samsung Galaxy S24+ is a very good purchase option – especially for this price – because we are talking about a mobile that offers seven years of updates (seven generations of operating system updates and seven years of security updates), which prevents us from renewing the phone every so often to receive the latest updates, whether software or security patches.
But, in addition to that, this mobile has some peculiarities. First of all, and as we have already mentioned, it has 512GB storage and 12 GB of RAM, its screen is spectacular (even in broad daylight) and its design is very comfortable once we have it in our hands.
Furthermore, we must not overlook the fact that the Artificial intelligence has arrived with force to mobile phones, and Samsung has done its homework very well to offer a very complete experience with its particular Galaxy AI.
