Willebroek, November 5, 2024 – AXI Software, a leading supplier of software and IT solutions, will continue under the new brand name Anchr. This name change marks the start of the development of a House of Companies with a renewed strategic vision that puts innovation and entrepreneurship first. Anchr focuses on European growth through a buy & build strategy with a focus on software and SaaS solutions. The organization expects to make several acquisitions per year, while maintaining the organizations’ own identity and brand.
Anchored and yet in motion
Anchr was not chosen randomly. Anchr has been anchored in the software and IT world through AXI Software for many years and will continue to provide standardized and customized solutions through its brands. Within the new organization, the focus will be on entrepreneurship by giving entrepreneurs freedom and ownership, but supporting them with a sounding board and expertise from the holding company.

Anchr currently has about 7 solutions. The organization offers cash register software, purchasing software, financial software, file management software, contract management software, election software and customization. Anchr has approximately 350 employees and counts companies such as De Bijenkorf, ANWB, Colruyt Group, Vandemoortele, Ctgb, Plus, Intratuin, Council of State and Umicore among its customers.
A new visual era
With the introduction of a new name and brand identity, there will also be a new website. The new corporate identity reflects what Anchr wants to stand for: innovative and eager to push boundaries, close, accessible and human.
